Click to buy the book!Diet Change Info is a book for anyone who is going to or already has changed their diet in some way. It doesn’t matter from what diet or to what diet, because all diet changes have about the same kind of challenges and inconveniences.

I personally have a very long and wide experience of diet changes over the years, and would now like to share my experiences along with a lot of tips and advice.

My ambition is to mostly write about things that others haven’t already covered, and instead refer to them regarding the more wide spread facts and well known tips and advice.

In order to make the content of the book easy to read I have divided it into three sections:

The third part is a supplemental appendix containing a thorough examination of all vital aspects of a meal, as well as presenting some of the forrunners who have inspired me along the way through various diet changes, and a final chapter on ”non-recipies”.

Throughout the book you will also find references to the website www.dietchange.info for links and tips about further information. The website is continuously updated, and you can also find some additions as well as answers to reader’s questions there.

The fact that some of the book’s content can be found in more than one place is due to there being more than one context for that content, and it needs to be mentioned in each context to make it as easy to grasp as possible.
